Management Advisory Services (MAS)

Program

OVERVIEW

The Management Advisory Services (MAS) Program is a federally-funded initiative designed to help SMEs in Canada access management consulting services that will enable them to improve their competitiveness, productivity, and growth.

The program is supported through funding from the National Research Council of Canada Industrial Research Assistance Program (NRC IRAP), aiding hundreds of businesses in growth and strategy across Canada for over 20 years.

MAS is delivered by CMC-Canada, which manages a roster of Certified Management Consultants (CMCs) who provide 40-60 hours of business management advice and support to businesses referred by NRC IRAP.

It assists in issue definition, priority setting, and action plan establishment for company management. And it aims to support companies address management roadblocks that could prevent growth, and delivers invaluable insights, strategic guidance, and state-of-the-art solutions.
