The Canadian Association of Management Consultants (CMC-Canada) is proud to welcome the College of Northern Canada (CNC) as the newest member of their prestigious Academic Partner Program.
Beginning in February 2025, CNC will offer a pathway designed to help current management consultants and aspiring management professionals meet the rigorous standards required to earn the CMC designation. This program reflects CNC’s commitment to advancing professional development and supporting career growth through world-class training tailored to industry needs.

This important partnership will allow College of Northern Canada students to access a variety of free resources through CMC-Canada:
- Exclusive educational programs and professional development opportunities designed to keep you at the forefront of the management consulting industry.
- Networking events that connect you with mentors, peers, and leaders in the field, allowing you to share knowledge and cultivate important relationships.
- A suite of online tools and resources to support your consulting practice, including research databases, templates, and best practice guides.
- The opportunity to engage in our Mentorship Program where, through personalized one-on-one mentorship, you’ll gain access to the expertise and experience of established consultants, helping you develop new skills, expand your network, and achieve your professional goals
After successfully completing the required CNC equivalency courses, students who are members in good standing with at least three years of experience as management consultants are eligible to proceed with the final steps of the process. The CMC designation is awarded upon successful completion of the Oral Assessment.
