In the event that CMC-Ontario must cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to acts of nature, government regulations, or other circumstances beyond our control, all registered attendees will be notified as soon as possible. CMC-Ontario will make every effort to reschedule the event to a mutually agreeable date. If a suitable date cannot be identified, a full refund of the registration fees will be provided. CMC-Ontario shall not be responsible for any additional costs incurred by registrants.
